Introducing Sea Shield Marines Bravo Quick-Change anodes for Mercruiser Bravo Series Sterndrives. Over a decade of laser-focused research and development have gone into designing what we believe is the future of cathodic protection for Mercury Mercruiser engines.
The most common problems with traditional Mercruiser anodes (specifically the trim-cylinder and cavitation plate anodes) have always been the difficult (time consuming) installation and the anode itself prematurely coming loose, costing you time and money. The Bravo Quick-Change Anodes not only solves these common problems but also improves on the overall product, delivering superior cathodic protection that will set the standard for all future anodes. Our patent pending design will allow you to get 2X longer life out of the anode while cutting your installation time in half(some installers report it only takes 2 minutes to change out anodes).

Bravo Quick-Change anodes designed for use with Mercruiser Bravo Series Sterndrives.
Bravo 1 1988 – Present, Bravo 2 and 3 1989 – Present, Bravo 3 2004 – Present.
Each Bravo Quick-Change anode comes in 2 parts:
- A corrosion resistant adapter plate
- A high quality, pressure die-cast, Mil-spec anode(Zinc:MIL-A-18001 Aluminum:MIL-A-24779).
The parts work together creating an easy to use installation mechanism while providing a larger highly-active surface for consistent burning and longer life.
