About Sea Shield Marine
Sea Shield Marine Products, Inc., has led the Cathodic Protection industry in product design and technology for over 40 years, and was one of the first to introduce the MIL-A-18001 to the yachting world. We are one of the leading manufacturers of marine anodes and cathodic protection products in both zinc and aluminum.
Sea Shield Marine Products, Inc. has a long history of innovative designs now demanded by serious boating and yachting enthusiasts. Among our leading designs is the now popular and widely used Divers Dream Plate, found on most transoms in marinas.
Sea Shield Marine Products, Inc. was first in designing a user friendly collar, with deep slotted stainless steel screws, allowing maximum torque for properly securing the anode and increasing effectiveness. We introduced the first tear drop designed anode with slots for fitting multiple bolt patterns and simplifying installation. Also added to our innovative product line is the Fisherman's Dream a lobster and crab anode, preferred in the industry for its low cost and high efficiency.
It is because of this commitment that we use stainless steel fasteners, galvanized steel inserts (allowing the anode to reduce the electric resistive build-up) and the highest grade of zinc and aluminum materials.
